The health and safety of our clients and staff remains our #1 priority as we deal with the reality of COVID-19. We believe that all Canadians must take responsibility for protecting each other and our community by helping prevent the spread of the virus. Effective immediately we have enacted our Business Continuity plan and the majority of our staff will be working remotely.

We are committed to maintaining uninterrupted service levels throughout this crisis. All of our staff are equipped to fully function remotely and manage our client’s service via email, text, or telephone. Our insurer partners remain strong, the service supply chain remains robust, and we have every confidence that our obligations to you will be fully maintained.
